However, our technicians can pre-vacuum if needed for a small fee. Our equipment is vacuuming the entire time it is working, so this may not be necessary.
• Q: How long does it take for Pacific Steam to clean my carpets?A: It generally takes about 2-3 hours for the carpet to dry. It can take longer, however, depending upon how badly the carpet is soiled and any necessary spot removal.
• Q: Does Xtreme Steam guarantee customer satisfaction?A: Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your carpets after cleaning, we will happily spot clean areas or your carpet, or completely retreat an entire area.
