Did you know mopping and scrubbing does not actually improve the appearance of your tile and grout? With each scrub, dirt and grime gets pushed down deeper into the grout line.
Just like rugs and carpets, tile & grout tends to be located in high traffic areas. These areas naturally see more abuse, such as spills and dirty shoes. Although sweeping and wet mopping may clean up the mess on the surface, it can force dirt and odors into tiny crevices, locking them into your grout permanently. Your experts here at Hadeed Carpet recommend you clean and seal your tile and grout annually to keep your home healthy and sanitized.
We offer the following services:
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Sealing
- Staining (lighter or darker)
- Grout color restoration
- Odor and bacteria removal
- Grout removal and replacement
Upon the initial inspection, a cleaner is saturated onto your floors to help loosen the dirt. Then our certified technicians begin buffing your floors with a device that produces hot vapors and suction simultaneously, causing the dirt to not only lift but leave bacteria-free grout in its place.
Once cleaning is completed, we recommend sealing the grout in order to maintain its dramatic result. A water-based sealer is applied that will not change the look of your grout in any way, keeping it natural in texture and aesthetics.
The grout will need to “cure” after sealing for 24 hours. Applying varied drying methods will not speed up the process, so we suggest you stay off the tile for at least 8 hours. For the remaining 16 hours wear socks to avoid spreading dirt into the crevices. Call the pros’ Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaning
