Preparation

We move furniture, area rugs and tables; the only requirement from you is to remove any breakables. We use clean drop cloths and the utmost care is taken to protect any furniture that is not being moved. Remember, we treat your house like it is our own.

Grout Color Sealing

Our technicians will thoroughly clean your tile and grout with machines that have rotating scrub pads and chemicals, scrubbing, rinsing, extracting and drying your floors.

Next they apply by hand the color sealant of your choice to the grout joints. We have over 50 colors to choose from, and we also have the ability to custom match your grout. Your floors will be completely dry by the time the job is completed. Your tile will look like new again!
