Step 1: Carpet EvaluationOne of our IICRC certified carpet cleaning technicians will inspect and analyze areas of concern. They will explain our procedure and answer any questions that you may have. Following that, we fax or email a quote with a set price for approval. We guarantee that there will be no surprise charges.

Step 2: Protecting Your Other Flooring SurfacesUsing protective corner guards, mats, blankets, or towels we will protect your other flooring surfaces form any avoidable damage.

Step 3: Excess Soil RemovalDry soil removal is an important part of carpet maintenance that is often neglected. With this in mind, our certified technicians will pre-vacuum prior to carpet cleaning. This step also allows the pre-conditioning process to work more efficiently.

Step 4: Pre-Conditioning AreaOur technicians pre-treat with the appropriate detergent for your carpet. This suspends the soil separating it from the carpet fibers. During this process, they may also need to agitate your carpet which helps the effectiveness of this step. Green Products are available on request at no extra charge.
